For sourcing agents and trading companies
Many factories, many clients, one account
Track the containers of every factory you work with and share each one with the right client. Each shipment is tracked once, so nobody pays for it twice.
14-day free trial, up to 100 shipments, no card.
Sounds familiar?
Stuck in the middle of every shipment
Questions from both sides
Your clients ask where their goods are. You ask the factory. Then you write back to the client.
Clients mixed together
Shipments for different clients sit in the same spreadsheets and email threads. Sending the right update to the right client takes care.
The same container paid for again and again
The factory, you and your client may each track the same container. The same work is done, and paid for, more than once.
How it works
Track once, share with each client
- 01
Track every container
Add the containers, bills of lading or bookings from all your factories: by hand, from a spreadsheet or through the API. Group them by client with tags.
- 02
Share with the right client
Tag each client on their own shipments. They see those shipments and nothing else.
- 03
Clients and factories join free
Your clients and factories open free accounts. Clients follow what you share. Factories share their shipments with you, or ask you to track them.

What you get
One list for every factory
Every container from every factory and shipping line in one list, with tags and filters by client.
Each client sees only theirs
Shared shipments are read-only. Clients never see your notes, your tags or other clients' shipments.
Alerts before clients ask
Get an email when an ETA moves later or a container is likely to arrive late, so you can warn the client first.
Your brand for your clients
From the Business plan, the tracking pages and the portal you share show your logo and colours.
Ask ChatGPT or Claude
Connect your AI assistant and ask in plain words, for example “Which containers arrive this week?”.
API for your own tools
Every shipment is available through the REST API and signed webhooks, on every plan.
Questions from sourcing agents
Can I keep each client's shipments apart?
Yes. Group shipments by client with tags and filter your list. A client only sees the shipments you share with them.
Who pays for a shared shipment?
The company that tracks it. A shipment is tracked once, on one plan, and everyone it is shared with sees the same data for free.
Can I show my own brand to clients?
Yes, from the Business plan: your logo and colours on the tracking pages you share and on your own tracking portal.
Do my clients need an account?
To follow shipments in their own list, they open a free account. With a paid plan you can also send a read-only tracking link that opens without an account.
