For brands and importers
All your suppliers' containers in one list
See every container coming to you, whatever the factory or the shipping line. Get an email when an ETA moves, so delays do not take you by surprise.
14-day free trial, up to 100 shipments, no card.
Sounds familiar?
Your goods are at sea. But where?
A different update from each supplier
Emails, files and screenshots, each in its own format. Putting them together takes time.
Delays found too late
You learn that a vessel is late when the goods do not arrive. By then it is hard to warn your team or your customers.
The same container tracked twice
Your supplier tracks the container, then you track it again. The same shipment is followed, and paid for, twice.
How it works
Your suppliers share, you see everything
- 01
Add your shipments
Paste container, bill of lading or booking numbers, or import a spreadsheet. BerthTime finds the shipping line and keeps each shipment up to date.
- 02
Invite your suppliers
Send your invite link to the factories you buy from. They join free and are connected to you.
- 03
They share their shipments
Suppliers tag you on the shipments they track, and you see them in your list. Or they ask you to track one, and you choose which ones go on your plan.
Mini demo
See it in 20 seconds
A factory and its buyer connect, a shipment is tagged, and the buyer's view updates. Example data: nothing is sent.

What you get
Email alerts and summaries
Alerts when a shipment is delayed, arrives or is delivered, plus a daily, weekly or monthly summary for your team.
Predicted arrival
Next to the shipping line's ETA, BerthTime predicts the arrival from the vessel's position, when the vessel can be followed.
Ask ChatGPT or Claude
Connect your AI assistant and ask in plain words, for example “Which containers arrive this week?”.
API and webhooks
Send shipment updates to your own systems with the REST API and signed webhooks, on every plan.
Your whole team
Invite colleagues with their own login and role. Every plan has unlimited users.
Paid once
A shipment your supplier tracks and shares with you is paid once, by them. You do not pay for it again.
Questions from brands and importers
Do my suppliers have to pay?
No. Suppliers can join free. On a free account they can ask you to track a shipment on your plan. A supplier on a paid plan can share shipments with you directly, at no cost to you.
Can I track shipments without my suppliers?
Yes. Add container, bill of lading or booking numbers yourself: one by one, from a spreadsheet or through the API.
Can my team use it from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Each person adds BerthTime to ChatGPT or Claude and signs in with their BerthTime account. Then they ask questions in plain words. No code needed.
Can we connect it to our own systems?
Yes. The REST API and signed webhooks are included in every plan and in the free trial, so updates can go straight into your own tools.
